Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from GreatCBD.co.uk, but if for any reason you’re not, you can return eligible items under the terms below.


Returns

If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges, unless the product is faulty or incorrect. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the value of the least expensive standard delivery method.

If you are returning part of an order, delivery charges are not refunded. We may deduct from your refund if the item has been opened, used, or handled more than necessary to determine its nature and functionality.

You may return any unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days from the date you received them. Items must be in original condition and packaging, with a valid order number or invoice included inside the parcel. To begin the return process, please email shop@greatcbd.co.uk to request return approval. Once approved, we will provide the return address.
We do not provide return labels — the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. You are responsible for making sure the goods reach us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

We will issue the refund as soon as possible and no later than:
– 14 days after receiving the returned goods,
– or 14 days after you provide proof of having sent the goods back,
– or if no goods were delivered, 14 days after you inform us of cancellation.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees.

You do not have a right to cancel if the product has been opened, used, or if the safety seal has been broken. If a discount or promotion was applied to the order, the refund will reflect the amount you actually paid.

Your cancellation will be valid from the moment you email us or send your cancellation letter, provided it’s within the 14-day window. Once confirmed, you must return the item within 14 days of your notice. You are responsible for the return postage unless the item was faulty or misdescribed. We will not refund the cost of return shipping unless previously agreed.

If you are returning a product from outside the UK, please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to arrive, and up to an additional 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

If the return is due to a fault or our error, we will refund the full product price, delivery cost, and any reasonable return postage.

If your order was delivered to a country outside the UK, we will not refund original delivery fees or any customs duties or local taxes paid. In such cases, you may contact your local customs authority to request a refund where applicable.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (for example, for a different strength or formulation), you must first return the original item using the process above. Once the return is complete, you can place a new order.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact shop@greatcbd.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where possible. Once verified, we will refund or replace the item and cover the original delivery charge and reasonable return postage cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days, though depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear. If your original card is expired, we will offer a store credit instead.


Returning a Gift

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us. If you have proof of purchase, we can issue a gift voucher or offer a refund to the original purchaser. If no proof is available, we’ll do our best to assist.
