At GreatCBD.co.uk, we aim to dispatch and deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across the UK.
UK Delivery Charges
We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders of £50.00 and over.
For orders under £50.00, a flat delivery fee of £3.95 will be applied at checkout.
Dispatch Times
All orders placed before 1:00 pm (UK time) on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm, or during weekends or UK public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Schedule
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, we do our utmost to ensure that all UK orders placed before 1:00 pm are delivered within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery time is usually within 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Depending on your order value, we use either:
- Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service, or
- Next-working-day courier services, such as Parcelforce.
Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. If you’re not available, you may provide an alternate delivery address (such as a workplace or neighbour) at checkout.
Safe Place or Delegated Delivery
You may request that your parcel be left in a safe location on your property or with a colleague or neighbour. However, please note that if you opt for this type of delivery, GreatCBD.co.uk cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged items once the courier confirms the parcel has been delivered to your specified location. These instructions can be managed via the courier’s tracking system.
Delivery Times & Tracking
Deliveries typically take place Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. Most couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. Tracking details will be provided where available. If you experience a delay or cannot locate your parcel, please contact us.
We will investigate delivery issues after 10 working days from the estimated delivery date. Before this period, couriers may continue to attempt delivery or return the item to a depot.
